1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rayatheedit website (www.rayatheedit.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. About Rayatheedit

Rayatheedit is an Indian clothing brand offering made-to-order garments. All products are crafted after an order is placed, which means production begins only upon confirmed payment. We do not maintain a ready-stock inventory.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• The personal and payment information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Rayatheedit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
• Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled, as production begins immediately.

5. Made-to-Order Production

All garments at Rayatheedit are made to order. This means:

• Production begins only after payment is received and confirmed.
• Estimated production and dispatch time is 15 to 20 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are in addition to production time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
• Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations are not accepted once an order is confirmed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is the property of Rayatheedit and is protected under Indian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rayatheedit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
