RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Rayatheedit, every garment is made to order with love and intention. We take great care in crafting each piece to the highest quality. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns — Exchanges Only

Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we understand that sometimes a size may not fit as expected, which is why we offer exchanges under specific conditions.

2. Exchange Eligibility

An exchange request will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
• The item has not been altered, ironed, or damaged after delivery.
• The request is for a size exchange only (same style, different size).
• The item received is not a sale or discounted item.

3. What Is NOT Eligible for Exchange

• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at a discounted price.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
• Items where the exchange request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
• Change of mind or colour preference after the order has been placed.
• Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

4. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the contact form on www.rayatheedit.in.
• Share your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and clear photographs of the item.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.
• If approved, we will share return courier instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement will be dispatched within 7 to 10 working days.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or offer store credit at our discretion.

6. Exchange Shipping Charges

• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to us.
• Rayatheedit will bear the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.
