At Rayatheedit, every piece is made with care — crafted to order, just for you. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Process

All our garments are made to order. We do not carry ready stock. This allows us to ensure quality and personalisation in every piece we create.

• Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed and payment is received.
• Since each piece is made especially for you, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once an order is confirmed.

2. Production & Dispatch Time

Please allow 15 to 20 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. This timeline covers the full production process — from cutting and stitching to finishing and quality check.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed during festive seasons or sale periods may require additional time; we will communicate any delays proactively.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.)	2 – 4 working days
Other cities & towns	4 – 7 working days
Remote / rural areas	7 – 10 working days

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.
• We offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount (as indicated on the Site from time to time).
• For orders below the free-shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee will apply.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery on the courier partner's website.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
• If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Rayatheedit is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us through the website and we will investigate with our courier partner.

8. Currently Shipping

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
